Our Returns Policy

We hope you are absolutely happy with your new Cotton Tote Bag!

If there is any problem/fault please let us know via contact form. We aim to answer within 24 hours.

In addition to your legal rights as a customer, we offer our own policy to ensure you get the very best experience shopping with us!

Key points:

 - Received item is faulty ie broken stitches? You are eligible for replacement or refund for up to 40 days, but please do let us know immediately. 

 - After that you still have 7 months to make claim if your item was faulty when receiving it, but only replacement will be offered.

 - If there is no fault but you are simply not happy with your Tote we will still accept return/refund, you must let us know within 16 days from receiving    the item.

 - Personalised Totes can only be returned/refunded if they were faulty when received.

 - Cost of returns will be covered by us if there was a fault with the item.

This does not affect your legal rights.
